Okay, so maybe I can only hope. But the new server looks to be working great and I think I picked up any and all of the random problems Wordpress likes to have when you do a host change.

I figured you guys might be interested in this, so I’m going to wax poetic about the new dedicated server that I grabbed. Okay, so maybe I mainly wanted it for Neverwinter Nights 2 *stares out the door for the UPS guy*, but that’s besides the point!

So anyway, Hosthead makes me horny. No, seriously, they hooked me up! This goes right along with my hot ass computer that finally replaced my five year old ancient…thing (that can’t even be called a computer).

P4 3.0 Ghz
1 Gig RAM
(two) 80 Gig Hard Drives 
2 mbps (~640 gig) multi-homed bandwidth

Plus it’s managed because well – web hosting is where my geekery ends and my dumb brunette ditz mode kicks in. I see shiny buttons (since I haven’t used Direct Admin before) and it’s like oooooh.

Then I break shit. Things MAKE sense at the time, really. I swear. Then shit just stops working, like its my fault I pushed as many buttons as I can find. What else are they there for except to be pushed?
